Reverend Freddie E. Glenn, a native of Jefferson County, Florida, is one of thirteen children born to Thelma and the late David Glenn. He attended and graduated from the Jefferson County school system where he later pursued an interest in carpentry.

He was ordained and began his work in the ministry in 1990 and has served in the African Methodist Episcopal church for over 21 years. His immediate past  appointment was at the Mount Nebo African Methodist Episcopal Church in Madison, Florida. There, he served for ten years under the leadership and guidance of the late Presiding Elder A.J. Reddick and Presiding Elder Ralph L. Wilson.  Rev. Glenn was appointed to the Anderson Chapel African Methodist Episcopal Church in January, 2011 where he currently serves faithfully and with dedication.

He is married to the lovely Sis. Maxine Glenn and is the father of two sons, Joseph Isom, and Gabriel Glenn. He has eight grand-children and one great grandchild.

A carpenter by profession, Rev. Glenn is known to many as being a straight-forward and down-to-earth  gentle man. His words of  truth and wisdom are always sprinkled with love and humor. His true passion, however, is in serving the Lord God Almighty.

Rev. Glenn, a man of distinction, a man of honor, and a true man of God.
